Hadn't expected to see Ziggy Stardust so far up on the list, but I was pleasantly surprised.
I think that I am only able to judge records that came out after I was born. That being said, Nevermind is easily the most influential record of my time. And In Utero and Nirvana-Unplugged belong in the Top 20. Grace is getting more important all of the time. Vh1 says that Quiet Riot's first record was extremely important (the first indie #1) and what about how huge a presence Garth Brooks was in Country ...and Shania Twain?
I agree with The Clash, Black Sabbath, Kate Bush, Run DMC, NWA, and De La Soul, but where is Liscensed To Ill? And every record that U2 has ever put out!
